I just wanted to let you know just how much my wife and I like the recent installation of the ShelfGenie Glide-Out product. From the time we saw the advertisement in the newspaper, until the completed installation, the process was so smooth and effortless on our part. Your representative, Ms. Maria Pascale, met with us and presented the product in a very professional manner. She took some rough measurements and provided pricing to us, which we felt, was do-able. It was just a short wait for the product to be delivered and installed by Roman; all very professionally done and executed well. I want you to know that I really like ShelfGenie. The entire sales process was handled very smoothly and professionally. The installation was very efficient and completed as scheduled. Your team was very understanding when we needed to re-schedule due to hurricane Irene. I will be sure to let my friends and family know about you and your company.

I started with a space of 55”high by 35” wide for my kitchen pantry with wire shelves rotating out from a central pole.  Behind these shelves were 6” wide shelves.  This arrangement was very cumbersome and made items  hard to locate.  One day I got a flier in the mail with a picture of ShelfGenie shelves.  I called the company and asked for an estimate.  I was very lucky that Alice Gitasu was sent to my home.  Alice was very helpful and explained every aspect of Shelf Genie shelves.  Although they are a little pricey, I ordered them.  I went from five shelves that were piled as high as I could get them to six shelves that roll out completely.  I still can’t believe all that they hold.  I not only got everything from my pantry in a single layer, but I emptied all the other shelves in my kitchen of pantry items.  Everything fit in and I still have plenty of room for additional items.  The installation was wonderful and finished so quickly. I know that these shelves are pricy, but you will not be sorry that you got them wherever you need organized space.  I was so happy with my pantry that I ordered additional shelves for two other locations on the same day that the pantry shelves were installed..  They are WONDERFUL! Every dealing I had with ShelfGenie was exceptional  from the first call through the installation and  payment.  I cannot say enough about Alice.  She is very knowledgeable of the product, efficient, and an excellent saleslady!  I wish I had known about Shelf Genie earlier. These shelves have improved my kitchen and bathroom greatly. They’re fabulous!

Everything went awesome with the glide outs. The installation went without a hitch. Installers were amazing! I will definitely be installing more.

Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Technicians were polite and efficient. They put tarps over rugs and other flooring along the path they needed to get in and out of my home and in the work area. They thoroughly cleaned up all traces of dust and/or debris from the job!

The product was better than promoted – it was delivered and installed exactly as promised – and good follow up by your people — they called to check if we had any problems etc very well satisfied -AND – we got a small check back for an apparent overpayment .. when is the last time that happened.

The workmanship is fantastic. Ben and the installers were professional, friendly and courteous. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. This was one of my best choices for home improvement.

I am so pleased with my Genie shelving. The salesperson and the installers were wonderful. I had originally planned just to get either my lower cabinets or my pantry closet done but I had a coupon from the newspaper and got it all done at once. My cabinets are now well organized and neat and I’m not afraid that something will fall out when I open the doors. The quality of the product is top shelf (no pun intended) and everyone who sees them is impressed. I think it will make the house a real selling point when I want to sell too. A life time warranty, even if it’s a different owner, you can NOT beat that! Thank you.
