The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Kennedy & Associates have hosted the event for over 45 years, and it has grown year over year.

This free event has grown to be so popular that it not only continually attracts people from all over Southern California, but from other states as well. Some visitors even plan their vacations around the bi-annual event that happens in May and November in Carlsbad Village. The twice-a-year tradition regularly attracts tens of thousands of people and not only supports local businesses, but local performers as well.

The Carlsbad Village Street Faire features over 900 unique vendors – everything from arts and crafts to clothing and antiques will be on display from local vendors. There is an international food center with hand curated dishes from Central America, Asia and everywhere in between. There will also be plenty of activities for kids, including rides and a special pancake breakfast for the whole family.

This 30 year old, annual spring street festival is located on Grand Avenue between Escondido Blvd and Juniper Street in beautiful Historic Downtown Escondido.

​Since 1989, the Escondido Street Festival has had many names but has brought thousands of people to our beautiful historic downtown. In 2022, under new ownership by the Escondido Downtown Business Association and with the help of a music grant, improvements were made to increase marketing and add quality professional live music, stage and sound and beer and wine gardens. The result of these changes brought a substantial increase in vendors. According to city calculated cell phone data, the Escondido Street Festival was the biggest event in the City of Escondido in the last 5 years!

In addition to the traditional street fair format, this years festival will, once again, include free Professional Live Music, a Beer & Wine Garden and Art in the Garden. Bring the family to shop from hundreds of vendors including unique hand-crafted gifts and imports, and international cuisine.

14 years and running - welcome back to the 2024 Vista Strawberry Festival! Vista was once the “Strawberry Capital of the World” - still home to many strawberry fields, and takes pride in the fact that it hosts the only festival in San Diego County that celebrates all the joys and pleasures of the Strawberry. Come enjoy our celebration of the “berry” as we bring back over 450 vendors, a 5K certified run, 1 mile and quarter mile kid's runs, unique strawberry dessert creations, pie eating competition, costumes and contests, carnival rides, music on 5 stages, international selection of foods, beer garden, wine and artisan court, and much more together on 5 streets of the beautifully renovated and historic downtown Vista! The Strawberry Festival is by far the largest community event of the year for Vista with an estimated 90,000 in attendance - join us!
