installers are “certified and trained.” What does this
mean?
- A: All of
our installers spend time at our corporate facility in Georgia
where they participate in a comprehensive training program. All of
our installers are also required to have previous carpentry
experience.
- Q: What are
some common on-site modifications that need to be made during the
shelving installation process?
- A: Very few
on-site modifications are needed. Rarely, a Glide-Out shelf may
need to be adjusted if a cabinet obstacle went undetected during
the measurement process. We strive to deliver our Glide-Out shelves
in perfect measurement so that on-site modifications are
not needed.
- Q: What can
I do to make the installation process run as smoothly as possible?
- A: Knowing
the height at which you want your upper Glide-Out shelves
installed, making the installer aware of any hidden obstacles and
having your cabinets empty prior to shelving installation will all
help to make your installation day run smoothly.
