Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael finds joy and fulfillment in his role as a father. His daughter is currently a junior at the University of Tennessee, where she is excelling academically and actively involved in campus life. Michael takes great pride in her achievements and cherishes the special bond they share. In addition to his career and family, Michael has cultivated a thriving entrepreneurial venture as a ShelfGenie franchise owner for the past 13 years. Through ShelfGenie, he has helped countless homeowners optimize their living spaces with custom shelving solutions, earning a reputation for reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Beyond his work commitments, Michael enjoys pursuing his hobbies, which include building scale models and maintaining a disciplined exercise routine. Lisa Falvo lives in Powell, Ohio with her husband and their three kids. She grew up in Worthington, Ohio and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the Columbus College of Art and Design. Lisa has a passion for creating spaces that truly feel like home. With experience in both new home design and remodeling projects, she loves working with clients to bring their ideas to life—whether that means designing a dream home from the ground up or transforming existing spaces into something fresh, beautiful, and functional. When she’s not working on design projects, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and their furry family members. You’ll often find them hanging out at home, relaxing, and making memories together.

We’re Chad and Kristin McGuirk, and we have been married for 10 years. We have two amazing children: Cayden is our thirteen-year-old son and Kaitlyn is our twelve-year-old princess. If not working, we are spending all of our time with them, while they still like us! Chad has been with ShelfGenie for ten years. First, starting helping Jon Brennan as a helper. I joined on assisting Chad six years ago as well, handling the scheduling and computer part of the business. We are blessed to work for someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Mike and look forward to many more successful years with ShelfGenie!

Bobbie Kain, a native of the Toledo area, has lived in Columbus since 1986. She is a graduate of Owens College and has pursued additional coursework at the University of Toledo. Bobbie has a strong background in working directly with homeowners, helping them achieve their goals and find innovative solutions. She brings extensive design knowledge to ShelfGenie and is excited to witness the transformations it will create in clients' lives. In her free time, Bobbie enjoys outdoor activities such as bocce ball and hula hooping. She also cherishes her role as a grandmother to her five grandchildren.
