The local Shelf Genie team is incredibly kind and professional! From start to finish, we were able to customize our pantry remodel. We chose a mix of glide-out shelves and regular shelves with the dark wood (walnut, I believe) finish. The shelves are able to hold up to 100 pounds, and they even put in a spot for my big mixer and other small appliances.

I absolutely love the results! From the moment Jenn and her team walked in, I could tell they really knew what they were doing. I was honestly worried about losing cabinet space with shelves, but that couldn’t be further from the truth - every single item has its own place now, and everything is so neatly organized. No more digging around in the back of the a cabinet trying find what I need; I can actually see and reach everything at a glance. My husband said I was one of the best investments we’ve made. The whole process was smooth, professional, and the attention to detail really shows. Jenn and her team did a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. When I got the ad in the mail for Shelf Genie, I showed it to my husband and he’s told me to give them a call. We moved to the panhandle in 2018, and I missed my sliding drawers from our former home. Plus, I found that I was unable to get to the back of our Cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom. I called and Casey schedule an appointment for Jen and Keith to come out to measure and give me an estimate. They were here within a few days, and we loved the product, the price was reasonable, so, we ordered Shelfgenie shelving. They scheduled another member of their team to come out and remeasure. In a few short weeks, our custom drawers were ready and they scheduled to come out and do the install. All members of the team were extremely flexible, professional, and very friendly. They were very easy to do business with. They gave us their assurance that our satisfaction was their priority. As it turned out, there was a slight miscalculation in a measurement. Jen and Keith are a husband and wife Team new to the Pensacola area. They made sure that we knew they were going to order new drawers for the area that was miscalculated. They promptly did that, and were back within days to insert the new drawers. The shelving in our kitchen and bathroom, makes our cabinet space so much more functional and is beautiful
