Susanna is an accomplished business owner and former retail store leader with a proven track record across multiple industries. With extensive experience in sales, negotiation, leadership, customer service, and relationship building, she has consistently driven success for the organizations she has been part of. As a Creative Furniture Artisan, Susanna has an appreciation for quality wood furnishings, which has led her to discover Shelf Genie. She loves being a Designer with Shelf Genie, as it’s a wonderful collaboration with her design skills, creativity, and her keen sense of visualizing the “end product.” She enjoys designing Shelf Genie storage solutions for clients to provide ease, accessibility, and functionality in their home. Susanna is an author and speaker known for her ability to inspire and motivate, drawing on her personal journey of overcoming profound hearing loss. When not at work, Susanna is often at the horse barn teaching others and riding horses. She resides in Tomball and her motto is “Change is Beautiful.

After 30 years of healthcare leadership, Linda retired. She had ShelfGenie of Greater Houston come to her home and design glide out file cabinets for her home office. She then learned that the owner of the Houston franchise was terminally ill and the business was for sale. She was so impressed with customer service, the quality and the product reviews that she bought the Houston business in 2018. That was one of the best decisions Linda has ever made. Helping clients enjoy their homes, having more space, better access and organization fulfills Linda’s passion for helping others. She says that the excitement the client experiences after the installation of ShelfGenie glide outs is like no other. Linda has one son, a daughter-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter. Her son and daughter-in-law are both health care providers, and her son is an Air Force veteran, still serving while working for the Veteran’s Administration healthcare system. She enjoys helping in the community through volunteering and serving on non-profit boards.

Chuck has many years of experience in construction, remodeling, and appliance installation. He joined ShelfGenie in 2013. He loves working for ShelfGenie because he feels really helps people, and that is his passion. Chuck is a Houstonian and doesn’t mind driving across the big city to install the right solution for our clients. When asked what he loves about his career with SG, he said, “That I truly get to make a difference in the lives of our clients. I really feel like I am helping people”.

Celeste spent twenty-four years in education as an elementary school teacher. After more than two decades of helping children succeed, she retired from teaching to pursue another lifelong passion: organization. She became a Certified Professional Organizer and started her own organizing business, where she enjoyed bringing her expertise and creativity to homeowners by creating organized, functional living spaces. Today, Celeste combines her organizational experience with ShelfGenie as a Design Specialist. Her connection to ShelfGenie began long before she joined the company. In 2016, she had ShelfGenie Glide-Out shelves installed in her own home and experienced firsthand how they improved accessibility, functionality, and everyday living. Celeste believes organization has the power to change lives. A well-organized home can reduce stress, create structure, and simplify daily routines. She is passionate about helping homeowners experience the benefits of custom storage solutions tailored to their unique lifestyles. Celeste firmly believes that ShelfGenie products can transform areas throughout the home into beautiful, functional spaces that make a lasting impact.
