    Shelf Genie advertised in a mailer and I saved the postcard because I had one cabinet that did not have drawers--an error on my part when redesigning the kitchen. Finally, after a year I called for an estimate. An appointment was promptly made and even though this was not a big project by any means, I received 10-star service. The service didn’t end there. An installer came to measure and get details for my preferences. Custom-made drawers were installed by the same experienced and professional, Wayne. The quality and workmanship on the drawers is extremely good quality (you have a choice) and I would recommend this product and this company, owned by a woman, Allison Sedlak, who knows her product. She personally followed up with a post-installation call to make sure I was satisfied. This has been the easiest fix ever in my house. Thank you Shelf Genie.

    From start to finish (sales to installation) the staff was very helpful and professional. They have an excellent eye for detail. Yes, my cabinet job was a challenge. We had a 45 degree angle in our pantry that complicated the manufacturing, design and installation. They did a great job with this issue. The installation team spent two days with us and they worked with amazing professionalism. Asked questions throughout to verify spacing for the shelves. Awesome! Well worth the cost to have this done.
