I recently contacted ShelfGenie about an issue with one of my pull-out drawers from an installation done quite a few years ago. Alex arranged for Nick to come out, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Nick made a considerable drive to get here, quickly recognized exactly what was causing the drawer to slide open, and had it fixed within minutes. His experience and knowledge were obvious, and it is wonderful to finally have that drawer staying closed again as it should!
