Susanna joined ShelfGenie in 2018 and has enjoyed success in a background in Real Estate and Coaching for over 20 years. With an eye for detail, making the client feel heard and strategic thinking, she loves creating streamlined solutions that fits the client’s needs and even lights them up! She has also enjoyed the friendships she has built with former clients as a result. All this has contributed to her success in consistently being a top leader amongst ShelfGenie designers across the country. Having grown up just outside the Twin Cities metro and gotten both her degrees in universities in the Twin Cities, she is passionate about helping her community flourish. She is most grateful for her absolutely favorite role of being a Mama to her 3 amazing, dynamic sons who keep her hands and heart full and continually inspired.

Laurie resides in Delano, MN, with her husband, Mark, whom she’s been married to since 1977. Together, they’ve built a beautiful family, including their sons Michael and David, daughters-in-law Jennifer and Jessica, and six wonderful grandchildren: Mackenzie, Madison, Mya, Matthew, Adelyn, and Kaeden. Laurie’s passions include exercise, gardening, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family. Professionally, Laurie has been a valued member of the Shelf Genie team since 2017. She also continues her nearly 38-year career as a Mary Kay Sales Director, during which she has impressively earned 17 cars. At both Shelf Genie and Mary Kay, Laurie’s top priority is delivering exceptional customer service and offering high-quality products that bring lasting joy and satisfaction to her clients.
