Finally, after a year I called for an estimate. An appointment was promptly made and even though this was not a big project by any means, I received 10-star service. The service didn’t end there. An installer came to measure and get details for my preferences. Custom-made drawers were installed by the same experienced and professional, Wayne. The quality and workmanship on the drawers is extremely good quality (you have a choice) and I would recommend this product and this company, owned by a woman, Allison Sedlak, who knows her product. We used Shelf Genie about 3 years ago for the pantry and most of the kitchen. We decided to finish the kitchen and were pleasantly surprised that the both the sales rep and installer were the same from 3 years ago. Love the shelves, especially the one with vertical slots for baking sheets, the spice pull-out drawer and the lazy Susan that spins and has a center pull out. The shelves are sturdy and slide so easily. Highly recommend!
