I was tired of crawling on the floor to reach items on the half shelf of my bottom cabinets. I contacted Marc at ShelfGenie after seeing the ads in my newspaper. Marc was fantastic to work with. He listened to me and understood my concerns. I have the usual cabinets with two doors divided by a verticle piece, so I thought I would be stuck with drawers 11 inches wide. Marc explained that his company would be able to remove the verticle piece because it is not actually structural and give me full size, custom made drawers. Their installer would be able to attach that center piece to one of the doors so there would be no gap. That way, I would be able to have fully usable, full size drawers. I decided to take a leap of faith and trust Marc and ShelfGenie to get what I wanted. Yesterday, Nic their installer was here to do the work. He did a fantastic job. His work was meticulous. After removing the verticle piece and attaching it to one of the cabinet doors, he stained the cut edge just the right color so no one would be able to tell. He didn't just install the drawers, he redid things he wasn't happy with until he was satisfied. I was thrilled that he was a perfectionist and took pride in his work. Marc followed up the same day to see if I was satisfied with the drawers and the work that Nic did. I now have 11 custom drawers in 5 base cabinets and no more crawling on the floor! I don't have to run to my basement for items I use but didn't have space for in my kitchen cabinets. I am so grateful to Marc, Nic and ShelfGenie for giving me a kitchen solution that I never thought was possible
