    I am very pleased with my Shelf Genie purchase. I will admit that it was a bit of an investment, but the quality of the kitchen slide out shelves is top notch - and I am happy to be able to save a ton of time and aggravation trying to measure and install sliding shelves myself (especially as some of my cabinets have wiring that needed to be worked around). Customer service was top notch and Marcus (the installer) was great, as well. In terms of the product, I am glad that I went ahead and paid for the shelves that are soft close. They feel premium and the soft close with pots and pans, etc. on them avoids a crashing noise when closing the shelves.

This update gave me additional space, better organization and drawers that make retrieving items so easy. The installer was very professional and helped make this a custom job. The picture included does not show the bottom pull-out drawer.
