What warranty do you offer on your products?

The offer varies by the grade of product: Pull-Out Basic offers three years on parts and installation. Pull-Out Classic and Pull-Out Designer series offers a Lifetime Warranty on parts and installation. All backed by the Neighborly Done Right Promise®.

How much does it cost?

Our initial design consultation is free. The cost varies according to the custom design, number of pull-outs needed, type of wood finish, and dimensions.

What makes your product special?

ShelfGenie products are custom-designed, manufactured in our North American plant, and installed in existing cabinets. Along with h Comment start and-crafted dovetail joinery and full extension rails that withstand 100 lbs Comment end, our Classic and Designer lines come with a lifetime warranty.

Do I have to invest in new cabinets?

No, we install Pull-Outs in your existing cabinets. All existing doors and drawer box faces remain the same.
