No, we install Pull-Outs in your existing cabinets. All existing doors and drawer box faces remain the same.

What is the ShelfGenie process?

Step 1: Each client receives a FREE in-home consultation with one of our certified designers. Step 2: Our certified designer will create a custom 3D design on the spot, FREE. Step 3: When a client makes a purchase, we’ll build each of your products in our dedicated North American Factory. Step 4: The same installer contacts the client to arrange a convenient installation date and time. 98% of our installations take less than a day. ShelfGenie handles each step of the design and installation process.

What warranty do you offer on your products?

The offer varies by the grade of product: Pull-Out Basic offers three years on parts and installation. Pull-Out Classic and Pull-Out Designer series offers a Lifetime Warranty on parts and installation. All backed by the Neighborly Done Right Promise®.

After moving into our new to us home, I was so excited to find Shelf Genie that could install pullouts in my cabinets like I had in my old home. The construction quality of the shelves is excellent and the installation was very professional. The only downside is having to wait for the construction. But with everything being made custom to fit your cabinets it can’t be helped. Total time from measuring to installation was 5-6 weeks. They keep you in the loop the entire time. I would very much recommend Shelf Genie to anyone!
