From the first phone call, they were very helpful. Jim was very helpful with letting me know what was needed. Couple days later Roberto came and measured the shelves. In a couple of weeks they were installed and Roberto did an awesome job putting them in. I just love my new shelves!!

I am a returning customer of Shelf Genie. My designer spent a considerable amount of time understanding my storage needs and translated those needs into a design that works. This time I had pull out shelves installed in four cabinets which not only increased my storage capacity but made it easier to access the items when I needed them. They have three levels of pricing and I chose the most expensive. It did not disappoint. Yes it was pricey but well worth the investment. I also had a custom pantry installed. After installation we realized the upper shelves were too high. The installer agreed to come back and lower them at no cost to me. I am confident he will make it right.
Finally I can find all the items in my pantry so I have what I need without duplicating something because an item was hidden on the old shelves
