No, we install Pull-Outs in your existing cabinets. All existing doors and drawer box faces remain the same.

What is the ShelfGenie process?

Step 1: Each client receives a FREE in-home consultation with one of our certified designers. Step 2: Our certified designer will create a custom 3D design on the spot, FREE. Step 3: When a client makes a purchase, we’ll build each of your products in our dedicated North American Factory. Step 4: The same installer contacts the client to arrange a convenient installation date and time. 98% of our installations take less than a day. ShelfGenie handles each step of the design and installation process.

What warranty do you offer on your products?

The offer varies by the grade of product: Pull-Out Basic offers three years on parts and installation. Pull-Out Classic and Pull-Out Designer series offers a Lifetime Warranty on parts and installation. All backed by the Neighborly Done Right Promise®.

Shelves look good. I am Still concerned that the plywood is five sixteen or half an inch and not three quarters of an inch , however , will see how it plays out because there must be a reason that the current thickness is used. Be prepared for a long lead time. The installation was on time, and Andre, the installer, was methodical and completed the job very well and he had to make a few adjustments along the way as well.
