Pull-Out Shelves in Seattle

From the moment we contacted ShelfGenie to the day our project was completed we have been very pleased with everyone we were in contact with throughout the process, and we are very happy with the finished product. On 11/27/2025 we communicated via email with Noelee who provided clear details of how we would get started with our project. On 12/3/2025 Candace visited us to see our kitchen and to offer suggestions and options for two sections: sliding shelves in a cupboard above our refrigerator and also three drawers in an open space between our stove and existing cupboards. She listened well to our ideas. Her estimate was reasonable. On 12/8/2025 Justin visited us to take measurements. ShelfGenie sent two texts letting us know when the manufacturer received the order for our shelves/drawers and when they were being manufactured. On 2/5/2026 Justin returned to install our new shelves/drawers which have proven to be smooth-sliding and very spacious, the perfect heights for our kitchen items. All along the way, we were impressed with the communication skills of each of these personable, efficient, skilled representatives of ShelfGenie. The added storage in our kitchen is exactly what we had in mind. Thank you!

I was fortunate to learn about ShelfGenie from watching the program Seattle Refined. They had a segment showing how wonderful the ShelfGenie cabinet pull out shelves are for the kitchen. It was love at first sight 😍!! I contacted them and shelf designer Monica came out and looked over our cabinets , asked us questions as to what we wanted then she spent about an hour creating designs for us. Then she sat down with us and showed us what we could do to make our kitchen more user friendly and take away the frustration of never knowing what we had on our shelves without crawling on the floor or pulling everything out so we could see what was there. We were overjoyed with her suggestions. She had captured everything we wanted. 😊. Pantry, cabinets for pans, canned food, dishes, utensils drawers, under sink and our fav the spice rack. 🙏🙏🙏. We signed the agreement and the process began. The installer Simon came out and measured everything and sent in our order for our new pullouts to be made. The build took about 8 weeks. Then on Monday 9/8/25 Simon the installer arrived at 9:00 and went to work. It took 6 hours for him to install everything. It was beautiful. These pullouts are amazing. I almost cried I was so happy 🥹. I added a few before and after photos so you can see the difference. Everything about this project was worth it. We highly recommend ShelfGenie to anyone who wants a well organized and user friendly cabinet system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great product, great people! We had ShelfGenie install a kitchen package in 2023. In 2025, we had excessive water damage, requiring replacement of our lower kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately the dimensions of the new cabinetry were substantially different, and we couldn't reuse the old inserts. ShelfGenie created a package to best use the available space, and reuse what still fit. Needing to purchase a new package was not fun, but here's where it gets good. Justin, our ShelfGenie installer found some poor workmanship in the installation of our original inserts in the upper cabinets (I'm not saying we were unhappy with the originals, we just unaware of the problems that Justin saw). He got to work and fixed the problems from the previous installer while he was here taking measurements. Now, that's service! The new inserts for the lowers were built faster than expected (remember, these are custom built and take time). Justin stayed in contact with us the whole time. When he returned to install the new builds, his work was incredible, and the results amazing! He took his time and made sure everything was done right. The final product is sturdy, fits all of our pots, pans, and kitchen items of various sizes. They support a lot of weight, and nothing drags or binds. Our new inserts seem to be both better built and better installed (probably only seem better built because of the installation job). Further, after about a week after the job was done, Justin was following up with us to make sure no problems came up. Everything turned out way better than expected! Our package was not cheap, but it was worth every penny from start to finish. Thanks, Justin!

Everything went smoothly and as planned. The person who did the initial appointment was very friendly and listened to what I wanted while giving pointers to improve on my thoughts. The person who installed the new shelves was amazing. Everything is clean and the shelves are wonderful. My access to my pots, pans and dishes is so much easier! Thank you for getting the job done so well and on time 😁. Also, thanks to Seattle Refined for their episode on Shelf Genie . I decided to call the company right after seeing that episode. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality.
