I was fortunate to learn about ShelfGenie from watching the program Seattle Refined. They had a segment showing how wonderful the ShelfGenie cabinet pull out shelves are for the kitchen. It was love at first sight 😍!! I contacted them and shelf designer Monica came out and looked over our cabinets , asked us questions as to what we wanted then she spent about an hour creating designs for us. Then she sat down with us and showed us what we could do to make our kitchen more user friendly and take away the frustration of never knowing what we had on our shelves without crawling on the floor or pulling everything out so we could see what was there. We were overjoyed with her suggestions. She had captured everything we wanted. 😊. Pantry, cabinets for pans, canned food, dishes, utensils drawers, under sink and our fav the spice rack. 🙏🙏🙏. We signed the agreement and the process began. The installer Simon came out and measured everything and sent in our order for our new pullouts to be made. The build took about 8 weeks. Then on Monday 9/8/25 Simon the installer arrived at 9:00 and went to work. It took 6 hours for him to install everything. It was beautiful. These pullouts are amazing. I almost cried I was so happy 🥹. I added a few before and after photos so you can see the difference. Everything about this project was worth it. We highly recommend ShelfGenie to anyone who wants a well organized and user friendly cabinet system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The planner who came out initially had some good ideas for utilizing corner cabinet space, replacing a double tall swing-out pantry with full width pull-out shelves, and adding pull-out shelves to the space formerly occupied by a pair of stacked ovens. The added shelves hold small appliances like the toaster and air fryer, so they can slide back when not in use instead of taking up counter space. Several original drawer slides were upgraded with smooth rollers. The former pantry wide shelves have dividers that are are supported by proprietary plastic clips; I broke a couple of these when I moved the dividers around. The company replaced them for me at no charge. All in all we are very happy with the upgraded shelving.
